The people of Japan are not lazy. They value time and use every minute effectively. Japan consists of many islands,and the country frequently experiences natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunami. Despite these challenges the Japanese people remain strong and hardworking. During the second world war,many people in Hiroshima and Nagasaki last their lives and some were left disabled. As a result people in other countries were relucted to buy Japanese goods before the war. Their economy suffered greatly during this period.

          However after the war Japan rebuilt itself and began a new chapter. The country developed it's industries rapidly and started producing high quality goods. Today,Japan is one of the most advanced industrial nations in the world. Japanese vehicles including motorcars and motorcycles are highly popular worldwide due to their reliability and quality. The Japanese also introduced effective work systems. One example is flexible working hours. Which allow employees to work extra hours when necessary. This system increase productivity and helps maintain high standards in their industries.
